Solid LBS

TUYUAN Three Phase Solid Load Break Switch (TYZF series) is designed for overhead line application in the 27kV voltage class.

The LBS utilizes a spring toggle mechanism and vacuum interrupters for arc quenching. It supports both manual operation and automated control via an integrated motor drive.

Featuring bushings made of Hydrophobic Cycloaliphatic Epoxy (HCEP), the switch ensures superior insulation performance even in harsh climatic conditions and polluted areas. The LBS tank and control cubicle are constructed from stainless steel, providing robust resistance to hot, humid, dusty, or corrosive environments.
